Terms and Conditions – Enrollment Agreement
This Enrollment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Poks Vocational Training Institute referred to as the “School”) and the applicant (referred to as the “Student”) for the enrollment in the fashion vocational program offered by the School.
Program and Duration: The Student hereby enrolls in the Vocational Training program for a selected duration.
Program Schedule:
- Morning Session: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Afternoon Session: 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Weekend Sessions available upon arrangement.
Tuition and Payment: The Student agrees to pay the tuition fee as follows:
- 6 MONTHS: GHS 2,000
- 12 MONTHS: GHS 3,800
- 18 MONTHS: GHS 5,500
- 24 MONTHS: GHS 7,000
- Payment Structure: The Student can choose to pay the full tuition amount or opt for a partial payment as follows:
- Pay GHS [Partial Payment Amount] upon admission.
- Remaining balance to be paid at the beginning of the second semester.
Weekend Sessions: The School offers weekend sessions as part of the program schedule. Students are required to attend these sessions as per the schedule provided by the School.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided in accordance with the School’s refund policy. The Student acknowledges and agrees to abide by the refund policy as outlined by the School.
Cancellation and Withdrawal: In the event of cancellation or withdrawal from the program, the Student shall follow the School’s cancellation and withdrawal policy. Any requests for cancellation or withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the School.
Student Responsibilities:
- The Student is responsible for attending classes regularly and actively participating in the program.
- The Student shall adhere to the School’s code of conduct, policies, and guidelines.
Liability: The School shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm incurred during the course of the program, including any activities or events conducted by the School.
Acceptance of Agreement: By submitting the application and enrolling in the program, the Student acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, including the terms and conditions outlined herein. The Student agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
Amendments: The School reserves the right to make changes or amendments to this Agreement. Any changes will be communicated to the Student in writing.
Electronic Signature: By applying to the program and submitting the enrollment form, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Effective Date: This Agreement is effective as of the date of enrollment.
